Description: Are you confused about which chairs are good for you and which are bad? Have you spent too much time and money trying to find a solution to sitting well? “Sit Happens” combines simple ergonomic principles and practical educational principles of the Alexander Technique. You will learn to identify what chairs benefit your natural posture, how to make inexpensive adjustments to chairs, and ways to improve how you are sitting in order to minimize fatigue and maximize energy. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a floor mat or blanket and any chair/back supports you have questions about.
