Do you wish that you had better posture and balance? Then learn how the Alexander Technique can help you! This course will be especially helpful for musicians, performing artists or anyone who would like to eliminate physical discomfort and learn to move their body with greater ease and control. Through group activity and one-on-one instruction you will begin to improve your body awareness and reduce unnecessary muscle tension, allowing you to perform and play at your best while keeping your body safe.
