Description:

Do you feel tense or fatigued during certain everyday activities? Do you want better posture and balance? Then experience how the Alexander Technique can help you! This world-renowned technique will help you to take care of yourself while at work or home. Embodying thinking, sensing and moving, the Alexander Technique will help you uncover patterns of tension that effect posture and coordination. This course will be especially helpful for performing artists, office workers, and anyone else who would like to eliminate physical discomfort and improve their posture.

With hands-on guidance from the teacher you will experience moving with greater ease and efficiency. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a floor mat for lying down.
